Coronavirus (COVID-19) – Update for patients @ Sunnybank Hills Podiatry (as at 14/03/2020)
In recent days there has been a heightened sense of awareness amongst our communities, surrounding the impact of COVID-19. The health and safety of clients is the number one priority at Sunnybank Hills Podiatry. Please read the following information if you have an appointment booked or planning to make an appointment.
Cancel/ Reschedule any appointments if;
- You have recently travelled from China, Iran, the Republic of Korea or Italy
- You have been in contact with any person who has been diagnosed with a confirmed case of COVID-19
- You are experiencing flu-like symptoms – Fever, Cough, Shortness of Breath or Sore Throat
Reconsider attending/ consider rescheduling your appointment if;
- You are over 70 years of age
- You have a chronic health condition or are immunocompromised
- You are a parent with a new baby
- You are pregnant
If you are attending an appointment;
- Please avoid any unnecessary contact in the Medical Centre Reception or Main Waiting Room
- Upon arrival please come directly to the waiting room outside of the Podiatry Office
- If possible check-in for your appointment using the Hotdoc App or website from your smartphone. https://www.hotdoc.com.au/
